Fee payment options
ATA Training offer a variety of fee payment methods.
Fee for service
Course fees can be paid by:
- credit card – Master Card or Visa (a 1.5% fee is charged)
- cash or EFTPOS in person at the St Ives Home Care main office – Level 1, 27-31 Troode St, West Perth, WA, 6005
- personal cheque, and
- *Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
*Please note that a $50 administration charge is payable if there are insufficient funds available for EFT payments.
ATA Training can also offer payment plans on a case by case basis.
ATA Training acknowledges that students on occasions may incur financial stress and hardship. Students having difficulty should contact the compliance and training coordinator as soon as possible so that suitable arrangements can be made.
- instalment payments will only be considered if a written request is made to the RTO Manager, and
- instalment payments attract a 5% administration fee calculated on the full course fee payable.
Apprenticeships & traineeships – understand the fees
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) has appointed ATA Training to the Preferred Provider Panel for Priority Industry Training places to deliver funded training services to CHC33015 Individual Support and CHC43015 Ageing Support. ATA Training also offer traineeship places through employer partnership agreements.
The following government funded programs have specific requirements to be eligible and are governed under payment fee structures.

Our training facility
ATA Training has a custom built training facility in West Perth. There is a simulated care work-place environment for practical training sessions and comfortable classrooms for theory work. All equipment is maintained regularly to ensure effective and efficient operation during training delivery sessions. As a student you will be given access to all necessary instructional and assessment facilities, materials and equipment for your chosen course of study.
We can also come to your organisation. Please ask us about customised group training for your organisation.
Your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
The USI is a reference number made up of numbers and letters that will give you access to your USI student account. This account will allow you to login and track your study and training results from different training providers.
As part of Government regulation, all students must obtain a USI. Registered Training Organisations will not be able to issue a qualification or statement of attainment achieved after 1 January 2015, without a USI.
If you don’t have your USI, please contact us and we can help you apply or apply on your behalf.
Our courses are Nationally Recognised Training programs which meet industry and vocational training competency standards, and will prepare students for work or further study.
